Another important factor in the golf swing is having mobility in the lower body as well as in the trunk.  One of my favorite training devices is TRX (http://www.trxtraining.com/).

Have you ever tried a foam roller?   If you haven’t, you should seek one out immediately for pain relief before and after golf.
